1. Where's my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID on our Order Tracking page.
We estimate 2 – 5 working days for it to arrive with you. However, we do face postal delays sometimes. If this does happen we have to wait 15 working days before the postal services will allow us to file a lost in post claim and issue you with a refund/replacement (stock dependent).
If your order is late please contact us using the contact us form.
Please note that certain items cannot be delivered outside of the UK mainland because of their size or weight. All delivery times are averages and not guaranteed.

Orders once confirmed can not be changed.

4. How can I return a product ?

We will accept returns of items, purchased through the website, within 14 days (starting from the day the order is delivered at customer). Returns will only furnished if you receive a wrong, expired or damaged product. Please send an e-mail to mail mail@games-shop.co.uk and we might arrange an exchange. Return shipping is at customer’s expense.

6. How long will it take to get my package ?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, subject to availability, receipt of payment and credit authorization. We’ll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

No, you can place an online order without creating an account. The advantage of creating an account is that it makes the checkout process much faster for future purchases—you won’t be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information each time you shop.

10. How do I place an Order?

Once you have found an item, select your size and use the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath.
Review the items in ‘Your Cart’ by clicking the ‘Your Cart’ link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List by clicking the ‘Add to Wishlist’ link.
Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

11. When will my Pre order and other items be dispatched?
