We want to ensure your satisfaction in every shopping experience with us. Anyhow, if there is a problem we gladly offer return and exchange through this policy of ours.

You have full 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to examine carefully the purchased items and suggest us any faults or complaints at the arrival time. In addition to your normal rights of purchase our quality guarantee covers you for this initial 30 day period. It qualifies you for a replacement or in other cases, a full refund once you return us the faulty items in their original packing along with all the accessories and documents. On receipt of the items you will be issued a replacement or refund via your original payment method along with a reimbursement of your reasonable return carriage costs.

In case you change your mind
If your mind simply changes about any ordered item and you need to return it, it can be done in line with the Consumer Contract (information, cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations (ICAC) 2013 but by informing us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must be completely ‘new’ and ‘unused’ when returned to us. We will refund the purchase costs of the ordered items returned to us. Please make sure to email us first to get a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return back to us. The responsibility of paying the postage costs back to us for an item no longer desired by you is yours.

How to request for a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”)
Returning goods in the absence of a Returns Authorization Number (RAN) might delay the process. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt, referring to the receiving date if the items delivered to you are found faulty or unwanted. One of our team members will reply you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Returning parcels back to us
We accept returns for only the goods safely delivered to us undamaged and as new as when delivered to you. We are not liable for any goods lost or damaged in transit back to us. For safety, we recommend you to use a recorded delivery service and keep a proof of the postage. You will need to pay the postage for the return. Your parcel too is your responsibility till it is finally delivered to us.

Important Note
Please refer to the above-mentioned instructions to meet the requirements for safe refunds or returns. All items should be returned to us in their original condition. Failure to meet any of the mentioned requirements may leave us unable to accept your return.

PC Games and Download Codes
To our regret, PC games with digital content cannot be returned or refunded once installed. So are the digital/ email code purchases. Since we are not responsible for your machine compatibility issues, please make sure before ordering that the required game will run on your machine and is compatible to it.

Faults developing later
We may be able to arrange you a partial refund or a repair for up to six months after the purchase date in case an item develops a fault after the initial 30 day inspection period. We will do all we can to assist you.

If a fault can be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, we recommend you to contact the manufacturer instantly through their warranty terms. You may need to complete the registrations in line with the manufacturer’s instruction in order to claim the warranty.

In a situation in which an item needs be returned to us rather than the manufacturers our technicians will examine it and get the assistance from the manufacturer for repairs. This may take a considerable time. If a fault in the returned item is not found to be caused by our technicians, we will send the item back to you.

A fault caused by normal wear and tear, or that an item has lasted long enough according to your expectation, or a damage caused by using the item against the manufacturer’s instructions, or simple physical deterioration, or external factors like the damages caused by pets or water or accidents, is not liable for repair, replacement or partial refund.
